What we collect, and why.

The short version

We collect what you send us by email, what you type into the workflow analyser and the chat, and anonymous, aggregated page analytics. We don't use advertising cookies, we don't track you across other websites, and we don't sell anything to anyone.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect or store personal data. It gives us counts, page views, referrers and loading-speed measurements, and nothing that identifies you. This is why the site has no cookie banner: there are no cookies to consent to.

When you contact us

There is no contact form. Contacting us means sending an email, which lands in our inbox and nowhere else. We hold what you chose to write to us, we use it to reply, and it is never sold or shared outside the people who would work on your project.

There is no phone field anywhere on this site. We never ask, so we never hold one.

The workflow analyser and the chat

If you enter a website address into the analyser, we fetch that page's public text and send it to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the suggestions you see. The result is cached against the bare domain for thirty days so the same site does not have to be analysed twice. We do not attach it to you.

Chat messages are sent to the same API to compose a reply. We do not store conversations; when you close the tab, it is gone from our side.

Spam protection

To stop automated abuse we count how many requests come from a given connection. We do not store your IP address: it is combined with a secret value and hashed before anything is written down, the hash cannot be turned back into an address, and the counter expires by itself.

How long we keep things

Email enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Analyser results expire after thirty days. Abuse counters expire within a day. Ask us to delete anything of yours and we will, in full.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person will action it, there is no form to fill in.
